Information we collect
When you request appliance repair, we collect the information you submit, including your name, phone number, email, service address, appliance details and preferred appointment time. If you choose the optional SMS checkbox, we record your choice, the submitted phone number, the exact consent statement and the time of submission and consent. An unchecked checkbox is recorded as no SMS opt-in.
How we use your information
We use appointment information to arrange and provide appliance repair, contact you about your request and maintain service records. Only customers who explicitly opt in may receive SMS appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates and repair status messages, including service-report links. We do not send marketing text messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
SMS information and sharing
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your SMS consent or use it for third-party advertising. Service providers such as Twilio and mobile carriers process the phone number and message information necessary to deliver service texts; this operational processing does not authorize marketing use.
Protection and retention
Appointment and consent records are stored with restricted access. Authorized staff access only the information needed for their responsibilities; private repair reports use protected storage and expiring links. We retain service and consent records for service history, honoring opt-outs and applicable recordkeeping obligations. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your SMS choices
You can book without selecting SMS consent. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact us to withdraw consent or request correction of your information. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appointment. See our Terms of Service for SMS program terms.
