Appointment requests
Our website allows you to request appliance repair in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment time; we will contact you to confirm. These website and SMS terms do not replace the fee disclosures accepted during booking or your repair estimate, authorization, payment terms or warranty agreement.
Optional SMS service
By explicitly selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive messages from Appliance Fix Pros LLC about appliance repair appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates and repair status, including service-report links. We do not send marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may request and receive repair service without opting in.
Frequency, rates and delivery
Message frequency varies with your appointments and repairs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS updates or HELP for help. You may also call (877) 318-5051 or email appliancefixprosllc@gmail.com for assistance or to withdraw consent. Opting out does not cancel your appointment; contact us directly for cancellation or rescheduling.
Your number and privacy
Provide a phone number you own or are authorized to use and notify us if it changes. We record your SMS choice, phone number, consent statement and timestamp.
